Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Marketing Specialist to be the voice of Shuttlers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives. You will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse audience, from daily commuters to corporate clients, and lead the creation of high-quality content across all channels.

As the lead copywriter, you will ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content series, identifying and creating 'brand moments' that highlight our commitment to transportation, wellness, and lifestyle. You will also analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize for maximum reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with content creators, Social Media Associate, and Production/Design Specialists to achieve high-quality content output.
  • Oversee the content production pipeline, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Shuttlers' brand values and business objectives.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media content, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Serve as the lead copywriter, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Develop messaging frameworks for new product launches, campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content series.
  • Identify and create 'brand moments' and storytelling opportunities.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize for maximum reach and impact.
  • Engage with the community of riders, drivers, and partners to gather insights and create user-generated content.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a content marketing or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team or leading projects with multiple direct reports or stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types.
  • Demonstrable experience in engaging diverse audiences with a focus on relatability and visual hooks.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
