Mshel Homes is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join their dynamic team in Lagos. This role is pivotal in planning, creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, planning and managing multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Creating and optimizing targeted online ads through platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and monitoring campaign performance are key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies, with excellent content creation skills. They will utilize analytics tools to track website performance and implement data-driven enhancements, ensuring effective lead generation and customer engagement.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Create and optimize targeted online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates, aligned with Mshel Homes Limited’s brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating impactful posts and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the graphics and content creation teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Optimize the company’s website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring a user-friendly experience and accurate property listings.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SE0) tools.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design basics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
