Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure they are attractive, well-stocked, and clean.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new inventory.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be between 20-30 years old and single.
- Proximity to Ring Road, Ibadan is a significant advantage.
