Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Solutions Delivery Associate to join Multigate and play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our innovative solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our services. Your expertise will be vital in supporting multi-stakeholder projects and contributing to the growth of our fintech offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute client solution implementations.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide technical and functional support during delivery phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in fintech, banking infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
Proven experience supporting multi-stakeholder implementations.
Exposure to treasury systems, trade finance workflows, or financial messaging environments.
PMP or formal project management training is an advantage.
