Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Night Auditor to join our team at Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt.
This role is essential for maintaining the financial accuracy and operational smoothness of our hotel during overnight hours. You will be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing excellent service to guests during their late-night and early-morning interactions.
This is an on-site, full-time position requiring overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and balance all guest accounts and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare daily reports on hotel revenues, occupancy, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audits of cashier reports and other financial records.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues during the night shift.
- Ensure the security of hotel assets and guest information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and accounting tools.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively during overnight shifts.
