Job Description

Fitcare Health is seeking a highly professional and experienced Wellness Nurse to join their esteemed team. This role is designed for an individual passionate about promoting wellness, nutrition, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

As a Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for administering specialized treatments, including weight loss injections and IV drips, with the utmost safety and professionalism. You will also conduct thorough client consultations, provide structured follow-ups, and meticulously monitor patient progress.

Maintaining accurate records using Excel and internal CRM systems is a key aspect of this role. You will also play a vital part in supporting the team to ensure a high-end, clean, and organized clinic environment, contributing directly to the premium service Fitcare Health is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Administer weight loss injections (including Mounjaro and similar treatments) safely and professionally
Perform IV drip
Conduct client consultations
Provide structured follow-ups to patients after treatments
Monitor and record patient progress, dosage, and any side effects
Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal tracking systems CRM
Support the team in delivering a high-end, clean, and organised clinic environment

Qualifications

Must be a qualified Registered Nurse
Must have hands-on experience with weight loss injections and IV drips
Prior experience in a wellness, aesthetic, or medical spa setting is highly preferred
Must be confident speaking with clients and explaining treatments clearly
Must be warm, well-presented, and professional at all times
Must be organised and comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting
Must be able to follow structured systems and processes
Must be based in Lagos and able to work full-time in Lekki Phase 1
