Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to join a leading healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and leading a diverse team of healthcare professionals. You will play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and ensuring compliance with all relevant UAE healthcare regulations and international accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient workflow
Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff across departments
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
Ensure compliance with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations and JCI standards
Manage staffing schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation
Conduct staff performance evaluations and training programs
Implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Collaborate with physicians and hospital management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibility
Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience
At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role
Hospital experience is required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
