Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our client's rapidly expanding startup as a Service Provider Onboarding & Field Operations Coordinator.

This 6-month contract role, with potential for extension, is integral to building a platform that seamlessly connects customers with reliable service providers. You will be instrumental in driving the growth and operational efficiency of the business.

Your responsibilities will encompass recruiting and onboarding service providers, verifying their details, and ensuring their successful activation. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing field agents, closely tracking their performance against set targets.

Furthermore, you will support on-ground activations and market rollout initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for providers and agents, offering first-line support to resolve any issues.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in operations, onboarding, recruitment, or field management, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills. Comfort working with targets and managing multiple workflows is essential. Prior experience in a startup or marketplace environment is considered a significant advantage.
