Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and success of our product portfolio. This role is pivotal in translating strategic company objectives into a tangible product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and user needs.

You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition through to launch and ongoing optimization. This includes managing the product backlog, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and legal teams to ensure feasibility, usability, and compliance, all while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and user research, creating detailed product requirement documents and user stories, and monitoring user feedback post-launch. You will also develop support and training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Products to translate high-level company goals into a clear, actionable product backlog that balances new features, technical debt, and user requests.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from initial discovery, requirements, backlog management and scoping through to launch, and post-release optimization for both new and existing products.
Track and manage development team's work in JIRA and any other approved tool or process like Agile/SCRUM practices
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Legal/Compliance to ensure products are feasible, usable, compliant and delivery of products is within the allotted timeline and budget.
Support multiple products at different stages of their lifecycle simultaneously
Assess and analyse market / business / financial data
Conduct user and product research to identify baselines and gaps in the market
Create clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories and other product related documents that empower our engineering and design teams to build with speed and precision.
Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
Create support and training documents for internal and external users.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or Identity Management.
Knowledge of product management tools like JIRA or Trello
Strong time management skills
Analytical Mindset: You don't just "guess"; you use data (SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, docs. etc) to back up your decisions.
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple products
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
