Job Description
Multigate is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our innovative Treasury & Trade OS. This pivotal role involves defining product vision, crafting strategic roadmaps, and ensuring flawless execution in close collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams.
You will be instrumental in translating complex financial workflows into clear, actionable product requirements, ensuring our solutions meet evolving market demands and business objectives. Your expertise will drive the end-to-end delivery of features, foster seamless coordination across treasury, FX, payments, and trade finance modules, and ensure alignment with critical regulatory standards.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
- Work across modules including Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance to ensure feature alignment and integration consistency.
- Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows and convert operational needs into intuitive product flows.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards and embed control logic into feature design.
- Monitor feature adoption and usage, track release velocity and predictability, and identify bottlenecks to improve execution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 4-6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on financial services.
- Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and delivering market-leading solutions in fintech, banking, treasury systems, payments, or financial software.
- Deep understanding of treasury management and supply chain finance.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling in a product management context.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies relevant to financial services.
- Practical understanding of APIs and system integrations.
