Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to stay abreast of fintech trends and competitor offerings.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customer feedback, support channels, and operational data.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for product teams.
  • Assist in drafting product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.
  • Maintain research documentation and insight repositories.
  • Collaborate with designers to validate user flows and prototypes.
  • Partner with engineering teams to clarify product requirements.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for understanding users, markets, and business problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies is a plus.
  • Interest in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
