Job Description
Qoray Mobility and Energies Limited is seeking talented Product Managers to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for building, enhancing, and scaling Qoray's innovative products, ensuring impactful features and seamless experiences for customers and partners.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear product requirements and execution plans. This includes defining product priorities, managing roadmaps, and driving improvement initiatives while balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes and compliance.
Key aspects of the role involve working closely with engineering teams, defining commercial and operational logic for products, and supporting integrations with various external service providers. You will also ensure product designs align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Furthermore, you will define and track key product metrics, utilize data to understand user behavior, and collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive product growth. A significant part of the role includes translating customer and operational feedback into product improvements, ensuring a simple, transparent, and trustworthy user experience.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and execution plans.
- Define and manage product priorities, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives.
- Balance customer experience, risk, compliance, and commercial outcomes in product decisions.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams through the development lifecycle.
- Manage trade-offs between speed, complexity, and long-term sustainability.
- Define commercial, payments, settlements, loan/financing flows, and operational processes within the product.
- Work with finance, credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure product logic is accurate and transparent.
- Support implementation of credit rules, pricing structures, limits, and repayment logic.
- Support integrations with merchants, airlines, travel partners, fintechs, payment processors, and other external service providers.
- Define partner workflows, data exchange requirements, and operational scenarios.
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management from a product standpoint.
- Ensure product design aligns with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Work with legal and compliance teams during product design and reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Define and track key product and business metrics.
- Use data to understand user behavior, drop-offs, repayment performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with marketing and commercial teams to support product growth and adoption.
- Translate customer and operational feedback into product improvements.
- Work with support and operations teams to resolve product issues and simplify workflows.
- Ensure the product delivers a simple, transparent, and trustworthy user experience.

- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively with teams (demonstrated collaboration behavior).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions while working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and meet deadlines.
- Extensive database software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
- Excellent time and self-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Minimum of a first degree in any discipline.
- Professional certifications or a post-graduate degree are an added advantage.
