Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank’s workplace banking strategy across corporate and SME segments
- Drive acquisition of salary accounts and employer partnerships
- Design tailored value propositions for employees (loans, savings, lifestyle benefits, digital banking)
- Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver bulk onboarding and activation of employees
- Drive deposit mobilization, account funding, and transaction activity within workplace segments
- Build and manage relationships with HR teams, corporates, and institutional partners
- Develop and launch workplace-specific campaigns and engagement programs
- Monitor performance across key metrics (accounts opened, funded accounts, transaction volumes)
- Optimize onboarding experience for bulk and digital salary account acquisition
- Work with Product and Technology teams to build integrated workplace solutions (APIs, payroll integrations)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention within workplace segments
- Identify new opportunities within sectors (public sector, corporates, clusters, institutions)
- Manage product profitability and ensure cost-effective acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 – 5+ years’ experience in Retail Banking, Product Management, or Business Development
- Proven experience in salary account acquisition or workplace banking
- Strong track record in deposit mobilization and partnership management
- Experience in financial services is required
- Strong understanding of retail banking and liability products
- Business development and relationship management expertise
- Ability to structure and scale partnership-driven products
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management across multiple business units
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on experience and retention
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
