Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to drive the end-to-end execution of innovative cross-border payment and stablecoin products. This role is crucial for translating business strategy into tangible, high-quality product delivery within a fast-paced fintech environment.
As the Product Owner, you will be the key liaison between business objectives and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, translating complex requirements into clear user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure rapid and efficient development.
You will work closely with engineering to drive sprint execution, track key performance metrics, and iterate on product features. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in fintech are essential for success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine product vision aligned with business goals and expansion strategy.
- Conduct market and user research across cross-border payments and stablecoin ecosystems.
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction flows, user experience, and product scalability.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and urgency.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure fast, high-quality delivery.
- Drive sprint execution and ensure features move from idea to production quickly.
- Track key metrics (adoption, transaction success, user experience) and iterate rapidly.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business internally.
- Align with Compliance, Growth, Finance, and Operations teams on deliverables.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in product management/ownership (7+ preferred).
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, or stablecoin products (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, APIs, and transaction flows.
- Experience working with engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
- Proven ability to ship products end-to-end, not just manage backlogs.
- Blockchain experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution bias.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven decision making.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
