Job Description

Ruks Á La Mode is actively seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our vibrant team.

In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our fashion production processes. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient creation of high-quality garments, contributing directly to our brand's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assign jobs to tailors using the inventory system and manage workflow.
Direct, guide, and supervise assigned tailors, ensuring smooth production.
Monitor progress daily to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
Update and maintain accurate inventory and production records.
Collaborate with other production team members to achieve targets.
Participate in monthly reporting, meetings, and trainings as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant field of study.
Minimum 2 years experience in tailoring or fashion production.
Computer literacy is a MUST.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use and update inventory/production management systems like Google Suite.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards.
