Job Description

Ruks Á La Mode is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize garment production processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning tasks to tailors, managing workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met with high-quality standards.

Key duties include monitoring daily progress, maintaining accurate inventory and production records, and collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals.

You will also participate in monthly reporting, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Key Responsibilities

Assign jobs to tailors using the inventory system and manage workflow
Direct, guide, and supervise assigned tailors, ensuring smooth production
Monitor progress daily to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output
Update and maintain accurate inventory and production records
Collaborate with other production team members to achieve targets
Participating in monthly reporting, meetings, and trainings as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant field of study
Minimum 2 years experience in tailoring or fashion production
Computer literacy is a MUST
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to use and update inventory/production management systems like Google Suite
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality
