Our client, a non-profit dedicated to fostering gender equity, is seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead their Gender Equity Certification (GEC) initiative. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the GEC program.
  • Ensure high-quality execution, scale readiness, and program governance.
  • Manage milestones, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Oversee program risk, reporting, and operational model improvements.
  • Engage with partners, assessors, and trainers to ensure clear roles and performance.
  • Lead client onboarding and guide them through assessments.
  • Maintain confidentiality in evidence handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, gender studies, business, law).
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior program delivery role.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Experience in gender equity, ESG, organizational development, or governance is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in planning, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
