Job Description

TedAir Limited is expanding its operations and is seeking a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at the International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation. Your role will involve conducting cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure project viability.

You will also prepare interim valuations and final accounts, monitor project expenditures, and implement effective cost control measures. Additionally, you will review and administer contracts and procurement processes, contributing to the financial success of our projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
