Job Description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Personnel to be the initial point of contact for our organization. This role is vital for managing front office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and providing essential administrative support to maintain an efficient and inviting atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. You will also provide general administrative assistance and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

  • Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of OND
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
