Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, track deliveries, and manage office supply inventory.
  • Provide support for administrative and HR functions as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is consistently tidy, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Possess an OND, NCE, or SSCE qualification.
  • Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative capacity.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
