Job Description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Victoria Island. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and efficient experience for all visitors and clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, and supporting general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients

  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island (Lekki/Ikoyi/Obalende axis)
