Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, achieve, and deliver boutique sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store traffic, expand the customer base, and meet sales goals.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming ambiance.
  • Train boutique staff on superior customer service and effective selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales and profit analyses, forecasts, and market insights to support management decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to the retail operations manual and company policies.
  • Monitor sales team performance, coach staff, and proactively address customer and operational issues.
  • Motivate and foster a positive team environment to build strong team spirit.
  • Train and guide staff to embody the brand image, business strategy, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and manage client relationships through effective CRM practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Social Sciences or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Reside within or be willing to relocate to areas such as Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or Central Lagos.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity within a high-end retail company.
  • Demonstrate a strong client focus and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the needs of high-end retail stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Possess strategic thinking, excellent organization skills, and the capacity to drive and deliver outstanding results.
  • Analytical skills with an understanding of balance sheet and profitability management.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the retail industry.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven team leadership and business management experience.
  • A savvy, creative business mind with a results-oriented and passionate approach.
  • Enthusiastic about opportunities with highly rewarding, stretched targets.
  • Be under 40 years of age.
