A growing fashion business is looking for a smart, proactive, and sales-driven Store Supervisor.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion and social media and knows how to convert followers into loyal customers. You will manage both in-store and online operations, driving sales through platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, responding promptly to customer inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will also ensure the store is well-maintained and assist with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations (in-store & online)
Actively drive sales through Instagram and TikTok
Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, live sessions)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries (DMs, comments, WhatsApp)
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat sales
Meet and exceed sales targets
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
Track stock and assist with inventory management
Suggest new ideas to grow the brand and increase visibility

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, sales, or social media marketing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using Instagram & TikTok for business
Ability to create simple, attractive content (photos/videos)
Sales-driven mindset (very important)
Honest, reliable, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work in a team and supervise team members to achieve target
Experience selling fashion items
Content creation/editing skills
