Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Luxury Retail Sales Manager to lead store performance for a premium fashion brand in Lekki. The brand portfolio includes high-end T-shirts, denim, shoes, bags, and sunglasses.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing luxury or premium fashion retail stores, with proven expertise in driving revenue, managing affluent clientele, and delivering exceptional in-store customer experience. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supervising the sales team to uphold premium service standards.

Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing and growing VIP relationships, overseeing store operations, visual merchandising, and ensuring operational excellence. You will also monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends, and optimize performance to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with VIP and high-net-worth customers.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to deliver premium service standards.
  • Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and luxury brand presentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and product performance across apparel and accessories.
  • Analyze sales trends, product movement, and customer buying behavior to optimize performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years’ experience in fashion retail sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Mandatory experience in luxury or premium apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of fashion retail KPIs (ATV, conversion rate, UPT, sell-through, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and client relationship management skills.
  • Professional presentation and strong brand representation capability.
