Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Lekki. As a key member of our retail environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales to achieve store targets.
Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and sales goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure a clean store environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Support inventory control and participate in stock counts when needed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc or equivalent.
- Previous sales, retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
