About the Company
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the sales and distribution of our premium rice products.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FMCG or agro-commodity sales, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills and a profound understanding of the local rice market dynamics. You will be instrumental in driving sales across various product lines, including parboiled and long-grain rice.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. You will be accountable for achieving ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring competitor activities, and conducting regular field visits to cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales follow-ups.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the company’s rice products (parboiled, long grain, etc.)
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competing products, pricing, and market trends
- Conduct regular field visits to customers and sales outlets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience (rice, grains, FMCG, or agro-products preferred)
- Strong understanding of rice varieties, grades, and pricing factors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Must be self-motivated and willing to travel
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting is an added advantage
