Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our client's dedicated team. This role is crucial in assisting young individuals in their journey to study abroad. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their unique educational aspirations, and presenting tailored study-abroad solutions.

Your primary objective will be to close sales effectively while cultivating strong, enduring relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients through outreach and cold calling
  • Present and sell study-abroad services to students and parents
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable education options
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally
  • Stay informed about services, pricing, and market trends
  • Follow up with prospects consistently
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Residing in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State (preference for Rumoulumeni/Iwofe/Obia-Akpor area)
  • Functional mobile phone and reliable power supply
  • Functional laptop/PC
  • Strong interest in sales and client engagement
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • 2–8 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Resilient with the ability to handle rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems (an advantage)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing strategies and client needs
  • Experience in Study Abroad Consultancy is a plus
