As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Revenue Operations team, focusing on Deal Desk Processes. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence throughout the entire deal lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure that deals are structured effectively, priced accurately, and executed efficiently, all while adhering to company policies and revenue goals.
This role involves managing the end-to-end quote-to-close process, supporting complex deal structuring, and ensuring compliance with commercial terms and revenue recognition policies. Success in this position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, meticulous process discipline, and keen business acumen to enable the commercial unit to close deals faster and with higher quality.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms.
- Draft, update, and manage customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals.
- Act as a point of contact for the commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity.
- Review and approve non-standard deal requests while ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance, risk mitigation, and proper revenue treatment.
- Support the Commercial leadership initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve pricing governance.
- Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.
- Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) as well as contract management tools.
- Strong understanding of different business models, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics, with the ability to optimize and improve processes.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
