Job Description
Alomar Holding Company is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with prospective buyers of ready residential properties.
As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a professional sales experience, understanding client needs, and converting sales opportunities into successful transactions through consistent follow-up and effective internal coordination.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with clients interested in purchasing real estate units.
- Specialize in selling ready residential units, particularly apartments.
- Explain project and unit details to clients, including dimensions, pricing, and features.
- Arrange site visits for clients to view units and projects.
- Follow up daily with potential clients until the sale is closed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Input and update client and sales opportunity data in the system or tracking files.
- Coordinate with management regarding offers, pricing, and unit availability.
- Prepare regular reports on clients, visits, and deals, including conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients before and after the sale.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience in real estate project sales and selling ready residential units.
- Experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to viewing, negotiation, booking, and closing the sale.
- Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in Riyadh, with a clear understanding of selling ready units, including inventory, pricing, bookings, and client follow-up.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to consistently follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Ability to conduct unit viewings, project tours, and hold meetings with clients.
- Experience using CRM systems for managing leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and WhatsApp for client follow-up and communication.
- Ability to work towards monthly targets and sales conversion metrics.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Willingness to work in the field, conducting client visits and project viewings within Riyadh as needed.
- Residency in Riyadh.
- Availability of reliable transportation for client visits and field meetings for projects.
