Job Description
Driven Properties, a distinguished real estate brokerage in the Middle East and an exclusive member of Forbes Global Properties, is seeking a motivated Chinese Market Property Consultant to join its dynamic team in Dubai.
This role is crucial for connecting international investors with prime real estate opportunities within the thriving Dubai market. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties, leveraging your expertise to provide comprehensive real estate solutions.
Your responsibilities will include networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings, preparing market analyses, negotiating terms, and offering expert advice on market trends and legal requirements. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties.
- Network with potential clients to generate leads.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Prepare market analysis reports.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment, or finance sectors, with some sales background.
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
