Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Leader for Cyber Security to spearhead our operations across the Gulf region.

This pivotal role involves developing, expanding, and managing our comprehensive cyber security portfolio. You will be responsible for leading sales strategy, cultivating vendor relationships, driving channel expansion, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue and profitability targets.

The position requires deep expertise in cyber security technologies, a strong understanding of vendor ecosystems, and a keen insight into GCC market dynamics. Your strategic vision will be crucial in identifying market opportunities and building long-term growth roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for the Cyber Security Business Unit across GCC
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies
  • Identify emerging market opportunities in enterprise, government, BFSI, and SMB sectors
  • Build a long-term roadmap for product portfolio expansion
  • Define targets, KPIs, incentives, and drive quarterly performance reviews
  • Support sales teams in winning strategic and high-value deals
  • Ensure structured pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with leading cyber security vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF, and growth programs
  • Expand and strengthen the reseller/SI/MSP ecosystem across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Egypt
  • Develop channel partner programs, training plans, and incentives
  • Create strong pipelines through partner events, workshops, and market engagement
  • Engage directly with strategic enterprise customers in government, BFSI, telecom, and large corporates
  • Lead high-level presentations, proposals, and solution positioning
  • Track competitive landscape, pricing trends, and new threats/technologies
  • Provide insights on vendor performance, market gaps, and opportunities
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing for forecasting, inventory and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to margin guidelines, credit policies, and operational SLAs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred
  • Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in the Cyber Security industry in UAE
  • At least several years in a senior leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage business operations, and handle P&L
  • Strong understanding of cyber security solutions and technologies
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC and wider region as needed
