Job Description

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineers to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure proper use of materials and resources to minimize waste
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant site engineering experience
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant engineering tools/software is an added advantage
Professional certification (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an added advantage
Experience working on large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
