Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos optimized for each platform.
- Write concise, scroll-stopping scripts and captions aligned with brand tone and content goals.
- Edit short-form videos with dynamic pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design to maximize retention.
- Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on engagement metrics.
- Engage with followers and communities to build brand affinity and drive interaction.
- Stay ahead of viral formats, algorithm updates, and creative trends across major platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist, ideally for a B2B Service company.
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
- Proven experience writing video scripts and captions that convert views into engagement.
- Intermediate graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, storytelling, and content pacing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
