PhillipsOutsourcing is actively seeking a skilled Software Developer with a specialization in UI/UX to join their dynamic team.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance of digital products.
- Align user needs with business and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven working experience as a Software Developer or any relevant role.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind.
- Strong back-end development skills using PHP, Node.js, and Go.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate well with teams.
