As a Storekeeper, you will be pivotal in managing our inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of products to support our operations. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and maintain precise record-keeping
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all products
- Issue supplies efficiently to kitchen staff as needed
- Monitor stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety compliance standards
- Prepare accurate records and reports on inventory movement
- Collaborate effectively with staff and suppliers
- Manage food waste and implement strategies to minimize it
Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc. or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in Surulere or surrounding areas
- Male candidates are preferred due to the physical nature of carrying food items
