Job Description

Advancly is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead our Strategy and Special Projects initiatives in Lagos. This on-site role is critical for shaping the future direction of the company.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing comprehensive plans, and overseeing the execution of key projects. You will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and ensure their effective implementation. Success will be measured by the successful delivery of strategic objectives and their impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine the company's overall strategic plan.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
Lead the planning and execution of high-priority special projects.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
Develop business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to align strategies and ensure execution.
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in strategy development, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
