Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Supply Operations Manager to spearhead our vehicle supply ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire supply lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new vehicle partners to ensuring their continued success and retention on the Shuttlers platform.
You will collaborate closely with vehicle partners, assisting them in implementing systems to effectively scale their fleets. Additionally, you will champion our sustainability goals by actively sourcing and prioritizing energy-efficient vehicles to achieve a greener fleet mix.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Acquisition team to onboard new vehicle partners.
- Source and onboard energy-efficient vehicles (CNG, Hybrid, EV).
- Develop value propositions to attract HNIs to invest in vehicles on the Shuttlers platform.
- Advise partners on fleet management best practices and driver management.
- Create 'Growth Playbooks' to help partners manage their growing fleets.
- Collaborate with the business team to ensure efficient trip fulfillment.
- Secure cost-effective and fuel-efficient vehicles.
- Manage the Supply Retention team to build strong partner relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
- Ensure timely payment and contract renewal for all active partners.
- Lead the setup and launch of the Shuttlers Fleet Academy.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure the provision of necessary tools.
- Ensure high adoption and utilization of the partner dashboard.
- Ensure process and tools adherence by the supply operations team.
- Ensure timely reconciliation report sharing with the finance team.
- Achieve 100% adoption of the Shuttlers pricing calculator.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in Account Management or Business Development.
- Experience with route optimization software and fleet management systems.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using data to track fuel efficiency, fleet utilization, and partner profitability.
