Job Description

Dangote Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Lagos. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce's capabilities through the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs.

You will be instrumental in identifying training needs, creating engaging learning materials, and facilitating sessions across various domains, including Health & Safety, IT, and Management Development. Your efforts will directly contribute to employee growth and organizational excellence.
