Job Description
Conclase is seeking talented UI/UX Designers to join our team and shape the user experience of our innovative digital products. You will be instrumental in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for our clients in the fintech and banking sectors.
This onsite role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. We are looking for designers who are passionate about user-centered design and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
