Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in business development within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and proposal writing.
