Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) procurement category.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for MEP goods and services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the MEP category.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve cost savings and value.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
- Monitor category spend, performance, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the MEP procurement category.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, with a specialization in MEP procurement.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful category strategies.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the MEP market and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certifications such as MCIPS are a plus.
