Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement process for all MEP-related materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- Oversee the preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to understand project requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a significant focus on MEP within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and equipment.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
