As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our players have an exceptional experience, from game hosting to community engagement. You will work closely with our local UAE team and gain invaluable insights into the operational and growth strategies of a rapidly scaling international business.
This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a consumer-facing sports business, fostering confidence in leading groups and understanding operational dynamics. You will have the chance to contribute ideas that directly impact our UAE operations and gain exposure to customer service, growth marketing, and international brand expansion.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an Official Host for selected football games, ensuring a smooth, fun, and safe player experience.
- Represent the Stranger Soccer brand on the ground and collect player feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and venue communication.
- Support marketing, customer service, and game operations tasks, including onboarding new players and responding to inquiries.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes.
- Observe games and recommend enhancements to the player experience.
- Contribute ideas to increase player acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the UAE Business Owner and Singapore HQ team, gaining insight into international expansion.
Qualifications
- Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and leading groups.
- Strong interest in football (required).
- Must be based in UAE, with availability to travel regularly within your emirate.
- Hospitality, events, or sports management experience is a plus.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
