Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and presentation.
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste, adhering to FIFO principles.
- Check and remove expired or damaged products from shelves.
- Maintain clean and organized aisles and display areas.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new product deliveries.
- Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines.
- Provide basic assistance to customers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail stocking, merchandising, or a similar role.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
