Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team at The Very Group. This role is pivotal in driving user-centered design and product development by conducting impactful research that informs strategic decisions.

You will lead independent research projects, from initial discovery through to evaluation, and contribute to the growth of our research practice by sharing your expertise and best practices. This position offers a blend of hands-on research execution and mentorship for junior team members, ensuring insights are deeply integrated into our product development lifecycle across web, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing mixed-method research studies, designing studies with accessibility considerations, and utilizing tools like Maze, UserTesting, Survicate, and Fable. You will interpret findings into clear, actionable recommendations, apply critical thinking to avoid bias, and understand how research aligns with broader product and business goals.

Collaboration with product teams to integrate research into agile workflows, effective communication of findings to diverse stakeholders, and facilitation of workshops are essential. You will also share knowledge and support skill development within the team, promoting inclusive research practices and managing multiple projects effectively.
