Job Description

Alpine Home Air Products is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to spearhead the transformation of their digital customer experience. This role is crucial for translating complex buyer journeys into elegant, high-converting online interactions.

You will lead UX strategy and visual design across the entire Alpine website, focusing on creating high-conversion landing pages and an innovative System Selector tool. A key responsibility will be building a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire Alpine website
  • Design high-conversion landing pages for 100+ HVAC buyer intents
  • Create the full UI and UX flow for a new System Selector tool (interactive guided buying experience)
  • Build the Alpine design system (typography, components, responsive structure)
  • Redesign mobile-first user journeys with clarity, trust, and calmness
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver pixel-perfect implementation
  • Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling across the site

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce experiences
  • A portfolio showing elegant UX systems, clean visual design, and conversion-focused thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex decision flows into intuitive user journeys
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Experience working directly with developers in a product environment
  • Comfort with iterative design, prototyping, and data-informed decisions
  • Experience designing guided decision tools or configurators (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience in home services, e-commerce, or marketplaces (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with CRO principles (Nice-to-Have)
