Job Description

Miss London Concierge is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our sales and events teams. This remote position requires a highly organized individual capable of managing diverse administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include managing company invoices and accounts, assisting with event administration and guest list management, and providing general administrative support such as ordering supplies and booking travel. You will also be responsible for managing the company phone line and writing/formatting proposals.

We are seeking candidates who are comfortable using Xero, various CRM systems, and standard Microsoft/Google tools. A proactive approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
