Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping, Tax Filing & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. This role is essential for managing the financial health and compliance of our company across various entities.
Your responsibilities will include meticulously tracking financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing and filing tax returns, and generating comprehensive financial reports for leadership and investors. You will also be involved in producing cash flow forecasts and conducting budget variance analyses. A strong understanding of accounting software and a keen eye for detail are paramount for success in this position.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Track company inflows and outflows across multiple entities.
- Reconcile bank statements and payment processor transactions monthly.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and board packs for leadership and investors.
- Produce cash flow forecasts and budget variance analysis.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services environments is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
