Job Description
Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a dynamic Project & Implementation Strategist to lead critical initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of strategic projects, developing detailed plans, and ensuring alignment with the group's overall corporate strategy.
You will collaborate closely with senior management, conduct feasibility studies, monitor industry trends, and develop performance tracking systems to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across subsidiaries.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Align project objectives with the company’s corporate strategy in collaboration with senior management.
- Drive the execution of key business transformation initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for market expansion opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop KPIs and performance tracking systems to measure project success.
- Provide regular reports and insights on project progress, risks, and impact to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or business consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and investment management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
