Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and external statements.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and summaries for management review.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or reconciliation roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
